Fully Equipped with Wire Cutting, Milling and CNC Work Center
All tooling and die, jig and check gauge are designed and produced in house in order to ensure integrity, accuracy and efficiency. Our in house tooling and die shop has produced tooling for more than 10,000 different parts since 1979. A lot of customers request to buy tooling from Sun Strong because of the outstanding quality and words of mouth. However, Sun Strong does not sell any tooling, and the tooling and die shop only supports in-house production run.

Beside financial budget, prodct life cycle and order frequency, it is also important to consider the complexity and special features on the parts or assembly before deciding which method should be option out. Our engineers and sales will figure out possible options or combinations for you to review.
