基本介绍:

信昌国际精密五金制造有限公司在五金冲压制造行业拥有超过30年的经验。公司的总部设在香港，生产工厂位于中国深圳（信发，拥有出口和转厂许可证）和惠州（信昌盛，拥有国内销售许可证）。多元化的经营战略和优秀的质量表现使公司成为该行业的领先者之一。 我们利用先进的生产设备和测量工具保障高质量和稳定的控制标准。我们是许多领先国际客户的核心供应商，他们主要生产高级家庭电器，安保，商用车，能源，印刷，音响，网络和彩票系统等。

Introduction:

Sun Strong Precision Metal International Ltd has been in the sheet metal business for over 30 years. The diversification and commitment to quality has made the company a leader of the industry. We use state of the art equipment and certified materials to assure highest quality of control standards. Our customers number many of the top international companies coming from the industry of Home Appliances, Security, Energy, Truck Systems, Office Equipment, Networking and Entertainment. Engineering and Tooling:

Our professional engineering team can help right from the beginning. We may have some suggestions on progressive or stages tooling that will speed up production and meet your budget spending at competitive prices. We translate your design and specification on our in-house CAD system to gain maximum efficiency while assuring superior quality. More than 20 stations of precision wire cutting and CNC work centers are in service, and more than 500 new part numbers are tooled per year.

整合生产方案 :

Total Manufacturing Solution:

Our stamping and forming equipment consist of presses across a wide range of tonnage (80 tons to 900 tons), bed size, shunt height, stroke, and speeds. We can process material thickness from 0.08mm to 10mm steel plate. Different material types; cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, brass are available in different grades and forms to meet our customers specification. Silk screen prinitng and both powder and wet coating are also available in-house and supported with computerized programming on temperature and speed Control.

Quality Assurance:

The company is committed to meeting customer requirements, maintaining customer satisfaction, and increasing customer satisfaction through continual improvement of the product and services within the quality management system. We have clearly defined criteria in our quality assurance policy and systems manual which ensure a high level of quality and adherence to the customer's specifications. More than 1500 parts have been PPAP approved in the past 10 years. In Jan 2007, Sun Strong successfully updated from QS9000 to TS16949.

Through CNC / CAD interfaces we can turn drawings into exceptionally accurate right-first-time components in seconds and offer customers a choice of laser cutting or multi-tooled punch pressing as the specification requires. The company and team have built an outstanding reputation as one of the most versatile and respected fabricators in the region.
